Limited Capacity seats available

As early as 2500 B.C., humans were recording the trials and tribulations of pest and rodent control. While the technology has improved over the years, the problem of mice and rats still exists -- and continues to grow. Greater economic activity, climate change, increasing population, and other factors continue to pose considerable challenges. The emergence of IoT provides a new tool in the control and mitigation of rodents. This presentation will tell the story of the Termi platform, an early stage rodent mitigation IoT venture that was started as part of IoTHackDay 2015. We'll look how it progressed from hackathon to MVP, explore early product learnings, and examine how retrofitting buildings with connected data-producing devices will create a better mousetrap...literally.
